These open grids are perfect as doorways and openings when expanding or creating your own indoor C&C Cage. 

• Install in your cage wall to help have an easy entrance for cleaning underneath lofts
• Easy exit or entrance for floor time to and from your guinea pigs cage
• Internal support between cage areas

This custom grid allows ease of movement especially when cleaning below lofts. You can use binder clips to place a regular grid over the top – to create a “closed door” and an “open door”

The perfect add-on to make cage cleaning easier and really get behind the cage for a good sweep and tidy! 

Wheel connectors can only be attached to cages with existing base grids. If your cage does not have a base, you will need to purchase a complete wheel connector kit. Find them here. 

When installing on cages with a stand or loft: If you're adding them to multi-level cages (2 or 3 levels), you must install a wheel at every grid connection to ensure proper weight distribution. Avoid overloading storage boxes or tubs when using wheels on your cage. Additional wheels are available for purchase HERE.

It is advised to pre-wash prior to use and brush well with a slicker brush to remove any excess fluff after washing. We recommend using wool wash as the setting on your washing machine - that normally being a 40°C wash with a gentle cycle. We would recommend using a standard washing detergent. Cool tumble dry
