Simply click Subscribe & Save when purchasing. You’ll get up to 10% off selected products, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime for free. No fuss, no forgetting, no grumpy guinea pigs or bunnies waiting for snacks!
Manage your subscriptions anytime by logging into your account.
Our Auto Delivery service is completely free — just set and forget! We’ll take care of the rest, so your piggies and bunnies never run out of their favourites.
Need to cancel or make changes? Simply log into your account anytime.
No — you can cancel, skip or pause anytime, totally free, no hard feelings!
With Auto Delivery, you’re never locked in.
If you need to cancel or make changes to an upcoming delivery, just do it before the processing date — easy as that!
Details of your Auto Deliveries can be found in your account under Subscriptions.
Want to schedule multiple items? Easy! Just add the new product to your cart, select Subscribe and Save, and check out. We’ll take care of the rest.
Need to make a change to your delivery? No worries! Find your Auto Delivery settings under 'Subscriptions' in your account when you're logged in.
If the product page doesn’t show a 'Subscribe & Save' under Purchase Options, that item sadly isn’t available for Auto Delivery.
We offer Auto Delivery on all our Hay, Pellets and Treat products. If you see a product that should offer Auto Delivery but doesn't, get in touch with us!
Absolutely, just head into your Guinea Pigs Australia account, head to your Subscriptions tab, then click Manage on the product you want to make adjustments to. Easy as that!
To make any changes to your Auto Delivery, simply log into your Guinea Pigs Australia account and find the Subscriptions tab. From there you can see all your Auto-Deliveries. From there you can skip, pause, cancel or adjust any existing Auto Deliveries.
