Baby grids are great for our adolescent guinea too, he can't get his snout in as easily to chew the bars, and I've also used them under the cage as they're studier than the regular grids.

Ozzy C&C Baby Grids – Pack of 6
$19.95
For guinea pigs under 6 months old, or other small pets like rats, mice and ferrets. The grid spacing is much smaller than our standard grids, so there's no risk of a tiny head or paw getting stuck while they're still little.
Key Features:
- Small grid spacing, purpose-built for babies and other small pets
- Double metal plated, so they're more durable than a standard single-layer grid
- Fully compatible with the rest of the Ozzy Cages range — swap them into any existing enclosure, loft, or level in place of regular grids, no need to rebuild the whole cage
- Creates a more enclosed, snug space, which can help nervous babies settle in
- Pack of 6 grids
Size:
Good to know: these only fit Ozzy Cages — other brands' grids are a different size, so they won't click in.
Recommended for: Baby guinea pigs and adult guinea pigs (also suitable for rats, mice and ferrets).
Once your guinea pigs are 6 months or older, you can switch across to our standard Ozzy Grids or keep as is!
