Items available for International Shiping can be found in the WORLD WIDE SHIPPING section, items outside of this section are only available for dispatch within Australia. Depending on the Covid 19 situation this may be disabled for some time.

Our system automatically sends your order to our warehouse with the address that you enter, we will address your parcel in the same way that you provide it us.
Please ensure your address is correct and only contains the essential information.

Only include the essential details. Return to sender is not free, so, should your parcel be returned to us due to improper address, then you as the buyer must pay for the return shipping both ways or should a refund be requested upon arrival back to our warehouse then the return shipping, on top of any restocking fees and original freight paid will come out of the refund.
Can I pick up?
Some items can be picked up from our Eastern Creek 2766 dispatch warehouse. Please contact us before with the list of items you want and we will let you know if its possible. Some items come from other areas and will need to be dispatched to you
How Long?
You should allow to 2-10 business days for all items to be delivered to you. Check your tracking number to see if you have multiple boxes. If you are ordering an enclosure or bulky items then you can easily have more than one box or delivery.
Sometimes not all parcels are delivered together.
Guinea Pigs Australia ships the majority of items from its Western Sydney NSW location. Some items may come from other states depending on the product sold. You may receive multiple parcels from us.
Where is My Tracking number?
Your tracking number will be located online in your account once you are logged in. Your tracking number will be within your order.
Some items which are not shipped from our Sydney warehouse may not update automatically with a tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

How will my order be shipped?
We use Australia Post International Express for the majority of our international orders. Your parcel will be sent with a tracking number.
I have very particular delivery instructions
Australia post cannot cater for very specific instructions. If you have a very particular delivery requirement please consider organising your own courier. Contact us before your place the order so we may collaborate with you.

Unfortunately we don't have any options for the courier to call you prior to your delivery. If you need this then consider organising your own courier to pick up from us.
