Pre Orders
Pre-order items are clearly marked with a blue PRE ORDER button and a release date displayed underneath with a link to our terms and conditions page.
If you would like to receive in-stock items before your pre-order item, please place a separate order for the in-stock items.
Release Dates
Pre-order items will be shipped from the stated release date. Release dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays or customs processing.
We will notify you promptly if your pre-order is delayed, so you are always aware of the expected shipping timeframe. Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you order, the sooner your order will be shipped after the release date.
Delays
If you are ordering a pre-order item for a specific event (e.g., a birthday, Christmas or a new pet), we recommend having a temporary alternative plan in case of unforeseen delays.
Your consumer rights: If your pre-order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or within a reasonable period thereafter, you are entitled to request a full refund, regardless of payment method.
Refunds & Cancelling Pre-Orders

For minor delays (up to 2 weeks), we can issue store credit if you prefer, but you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

For major delays (over 2 weeks), a full refund will be issued.

Other payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.):

A full refund will be issued immediately upon request for any cancelled pre-orders.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Shipping Pre-Order & In-Stock Items
If you order in-stock items and pre-order items together, your order will normally be held until all items are ready to ship.
You can choose to have in-stock items shipped immediately for an additional shipping fee:
