Ozzy C&C-style cage enclosures for guinea pigs and rabbits.
Ozzy Cage Fleece Liners are made with multiple layers that work together to create a comfortable and practical cage surface for your guinea pigs and rabbits.
The soft fleece top layer allows moisture to pass through rather than sitting on the surface. Beneath the fleece, an absorbent inner layer helps absorb and hold moisture, while the waterproof backing helps protect the cage base underneath.
This layered construction provides a soft, reusable alternative to disposable cage bedding while helping make everyday cage cleaning easier.
For the best results, fleece liners should be spot cleaned regularly and washed as needed. Pee pads can also be used in high-traffic areas to help make cleaning easier and protect the main liner.
Ozzy Cage Fleece liners are designed to be washed and reused, but regular cleaning is important to keep your guinea pig or rabbit's enclosure fresh and comfortable.
Daily Spot Cleaning
Remove poops, loose hay, hair and other debris from the liner regularly. A dustpan and brush, handheld vacuum or suitable fleece brush can make quick daily cleaning easy.
Pay particular attention to high-traffic areas such as food stations, hideys and underneath water bottles.
Depending on cage size and number of pets using the liner on a daily basis, Ozzy Cage Fleece liners will generally need washing every 3-7 days. If the top layer becomes damp, heavily soiled or develops an odour, it's time to clean it.

1. What are Ozzy Cage Fleece Liners?
Ozzy Cage Fleece Liners are reusable, all-in-one cage bedding designed for guinea pigs and rabbits. Each liner combines a soft, cosy fleece top, a highly absorbent internal layer and a waterproof backing in one convenient product.
The fleece helps draw moisture away from the surface, while the waterproof backing helps protect the cage base. This makes cage setup and cleaning quicker, easier and less messy than using multiple separate bedding layers.
2. Are Ozzy Fleece Liners absorbent and antibacterial?
Yes. The highly absorbent design helps pull moisture away from the surface, helping keep your pet’s feet drier and supporting a cleaner cage environment. Keeping the cage and liner clean and dry is important for reducing the conditions associated with foot problems such as bumblefoot.
Ozzy Cage Fleece Liners are made with natural bamboo fibre, which has antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial properties. These properties can help reduce odours and support general cage hygiene. They do not replace regular cleaning, veterinary care or treatment for an existing infection.
3. How long does an Ozzy Cage Fleece Liner last before washing?
An Ozzy Fleece Liner can typically last 3–7 days before washing, depending on the number of guinea pigs or rabbits, the cage size and how frequently the enclosure is spot cleaned.
For best results, remove droppings, hay and loose debris regularly. You may need to wash the liner sooner if it becomes damp, heavily soiled or develops an odour. Using litter trays or washable pee pads in high-traffic areas can help extend the time between full washes.
4. How do I wash an Ozzy Cage Fleece Liner?
First, remove your pets and cage accessories, then shake the liner outdoors or vacuum, sweep or brush off loose hay, fur and droppings. Place the liner in the washing machine with detergent according to your machine’s instructions. White vinegar may also be used as a natural fabric softener.
For best results, wash the liner on a cold cycle with enough water to fully submerge it. A medium-to-high spin and extra rinse can help remove detergent residue. Avoid high heat, as it may cause the fleece to shrink and affect its absorbency. Hang the liner to dry indoors or outdoors, keeping in mind that prolonged sunlight may fade the design.

5. Are Ozzy Fleece Liners an eco-friendly alternative to disposable bedding?
Yes. Because Ozzy Cage Fleece Liners can be washed and reused, they can reduce the amount of disposable bedding used over time. The all-in-one design also means you do not need to layer separate fleece, absorbent pads and waterproof sheets when setting up the cage.
With regular spot cleaning, correct washing and proper drying, one liner can be used again and again. Keeping a second liner available is recommended so you can rotate a clean, dry liner into the cage while the other is being washed.
Ozzy C&C Liners – The only bedding system your cage needs
These practical and durable fleece liners are the perfect solution for lining the bottom of your Ozzy Cages C&C Enclosures. They feature a moisture wicking top fleece layer (keeping your small furries feet dry and comfy), a super absorbent, anti-bacterial and odour resistant inner layer (absorbing pee and trapping it away from the surface) and a waterproof backing (keeping pee off your surfaces and cage base).
